Petticoat Discipline
Quarterly
2004 Christmas Annual

'Proud Mommy' by Vancy
It has been a very difficult year,
as many of our most devoted readers are aware, and an elderly relative has
required extra care following an attack of pneumonia, from which she is slowly
recovering. Still, the publication has returned. I don't want to give it up,
and surely a late issue is better than the magazine's total abandonment.
I believe that this Christmas Annual is up to the high standard which we
have set ourselves for Christmas Annuals in the past. Dennis, petticoated.com's
human resources officer, has now got a digital camera, and contributed the
beautiful photograph on this year's Christmas card to readers.
Because of the irregularity of publication, I have put all the birthday
notices on a separate page. I hope that this is satisfactory.
I have lost touch with some of my favourite readers. If Mary Beth and Jacqueline,
or Baby Janet, are reading this, then please write. I know I am not always
prompt in answering, but I miss you terribly.
If you enjoy Petticoat Discipline Quarterly, and you want it to continue,
then the best way of showing your appreciation is by contributing
an original letter, or some other material from classic correspondence magazines
of the past. Letters should not exceed 2000 words. Well-edited stories are
also welcome, but should not exceed 3500 words at the absolute outside. Susan
