Petticoat Discipline Monthly
Volume 2 No 5 May 2001
A publication of petticoated.com
I hope readers enjoy this beautiful sepia study from the Victorian age, and there are plenty more pictures inside - in fact probably more than I have ever published in a single issue, because Lesley has - sit down and take a deep breath - sent in no less than seven beautiful photographs of Penelope showing her at various stages of dressing. For readers who wondered what style of undies Penelope was made to wear, your prayers have been answered.

I have also written at some length about American thoroughbred racing on the 'Correspondence' page for those readers who, like me, love the romance of the turf.

Over the last year and a half I have usually announced each new issue of 'Petticoat Discipline Monthly' on a bulletin board for those who like to wear little girls' and baby clothes, or for those who impose discipline with such clothes. It has brought me quite a large readership. This board seemed to have vanished, but apparently it is back, and so for any of my readers who do not know the new URL, it can be found at:

I have been very busy this last month, and my correspondence has fallen behind. Once this issue has been posted, I can endeavour to catch up. My apologies to my readers.
