I
hope readers enjoy this beautiful sepia study from the Victorian age, and
there are plenty more pictures inside - in fact probably more than I have
ever published in a single issue, because Lesley has - sit down and take
a deep breath - sent in no less than seven beautiful photographs of Penelope
showing her at various stages of dressing. For readers who wondered what
style of undies Penelope was made to wear, your prayers have been answered.
I have also written at some length about American thoroughbred racing on the 'Correspondence' page for those readers who, like me, love the romance of the turf.
Over the last year and a half I have usually announced
each new issue of 'Petticoat Discipline Monthly' on a bulletin board for
those who like to wear little girls' and baby clothes, or for those who
impose discipline with such clothes. It has brought me quite a large readership.
