The petticoated.com Netball Puzzle
From Marcia

This is an absolutely smashing puzzle created by dear Marcia. Conundrums of this kind always seem to have a statement in them that 'Mr H. lives next door to the young lady who plays the bassoon'. Solving them affords something of the pleasure and satisfaction of solving a tricky mathematical problem, and indeed Lewis Carroll invented scores of logical puzzles of this type.

The girls at petticoated.com have gone to play netball in their lunch break leaving their clothes in a big mess in the change room.  Your task is to sort out the various items so that each of the silly girls can get back to work as soon as possible after their game has finished.  Luckily, you can remember much of what each girl was wearing.

That morning Marcia had been wearing a white blouse, short black skirt, dark hose and strappy high heels.  Julie had looked stunning in a tight sweater and equally tight long skirt and boots.  Pansy, always the tease, had been dressed in a fairly loose pants suit and it had been quiet obvious she wasn't wearing a bra!  She was wearing court shoes, but that's all you can remember.  The dress Angela had been wearing was as immaculate as ever and she had worn it with dark hose and sensible shoes.

But oh dear, that still leaves a black G-string, a pair of very lacy pink panties and a pair of white full cut briefs.  Which of those naughty minxes wasn't wearing any panties?  Tut, tut.  There is also a white bra, 16 D, a sweater form bra in black satin 16 C, and a full line bra, 14 B.  Both Marcia and Julie are big girls.  As for hose there are a pair of tights, a pair of stay-up stockings, a pair of knee-highs and one pair of stockings and suspender belt.  The tights and stockings are dark.

You recall that Marcia had flashed her pink panties while collecting some papers from the bottom drawer and that she also wasn't wearing stockings.  Pansy and Julie did not have visible pantie lines or any other telltale lines.  The G-string had been tangled in the knee-highs and tucked into the court shoes.  If only you had x-ray version this would be such an easy job.  You'd have to recommend that video cameras were installed in the change rooms from now on.  However it's too late for that now.  Can you get the girls' clothes sorted out and so they can get dressed in time?

     Hint

Draw up a table with the girls names across the top and the rogue items of clothing down the side.  Tick and cross as you work out who wore or definitely didn't wear an item.
