I love your site and thought I would take up the request for contributions.

My husband Ian has been under firm, female-controlled petticoat discipline since a young age. His mother Edith was a strong believer in using the strap across his bare bottom for serious breaches of discipline. It was left up to her to be the disciplinarian, due to her husband being a traveling salesman, and away for long periods. She also put him over her knee, and soundly spanked his bottom regularly, for less serious offences.

She once recounted to me the afternoon she found him smoking. At the time he was ten years old. The punishment was undertaken before the evening meal. Ian had been confined to his room that afternoon. Edith had him strip from the waist and lie on the bed with his hips over a pillow. He was then given a spanking with a leather strap on his bare bottom. After this, he was confined to bed without dinner. As usual after punishment of this type, because he was confined to his room he was put into flannelette nappies, and knee length rubber bloomers, for the night. Edith would then change him in the morning, when he was usually quite wet.
 
Edith regularly sent Ian to school in white fleecy cotton underpants, which reached to his knees. These were humilating as they would show below his sports pants.
 
He was educated at a private prepatory school totally staffed by women. He was forced to change from his school shorts to sports shorts for P.E.in the class, whilst supervised by the female teachers. They would ensure his humilation was maximised by pointing the underpants out to Ian, who was powereless to change the situation. They also spanked him regularly with cane and ruler to hand, and cane and hand to bottom. This could happen to any boy front of his class, and in front of the school.

To Ian's further humilaition he was put into white cotton women's knee length bloomers and panties during his last two prep years. His mother told me this was because she could no longer buy the boys' fleecy knee length underpants, and she was not going to have him cold at school without proper length in underwear. Ian objected to this increased humiliation which was stoutly met with a sound over the knee spanking. His mother went on to tell me that as she feared he may try and change out of these bloomers and long panties at school, she alerted his teachers to check he was in fact wearing them.

Ian's teachers were very thorough, and in fact his class teacher exceedingly so. This lady, who was in her early 60s, humiliated and spanked her charges regularly as this was the method of discipline she was taught. After learning of Ian's underwear situation she ensured he was observed closely whilst changing. She also made sure that whilst at sport the underwear was visible below his shorts by pulling down on the leg elastics. Finally she changed his spanking method so that his school and sports shorts were
removed before he was put over her knee.

Ian was kept in this type of underwear until he left home to marry me. I have followed his mother regime and also kept him in winter weight panties, and thick bloomers. I have also spanked, caned and strapped his bottom as needed. On some occasions he has also been nappied with rubber knee length bloomers. I always pack his bag for business trips and ensure there are no inappropriate
male underwear items, and that he has sufficent bloomers and panties.

I feel that the regime that Ian has been through shows in his docile and obedient manner. Most of my friends are aware of this regime and fully agree. I hope you and your readers also agree with this regime

I hear a lot about petticoating males in silk, satin and nylon, but I think that soft, fleecy winter fabrics can be just as effective for panty punishment, if not more so. Having women's winter cotton interlock bloomers clearly showing below a pair of shorts is a variant of petticoat discipline that I have heard of on a few occasions, and it always seems to work very well.

Bulky flannelette nappies provide a babyish equivilant, and I am very pleased to hear that Tanya has continued the regime that her hubby's mother and teachers had established.
