Letter 5
HOUSEMAID HUSBAND PENELOPE
From Lesley

Dear Susan,

How wonderful to find your site - I did not know of its existence, and it is a real gold mine to devotees of petticoat punishment like me.

Readers of 'Madame' magazine will be familiar with the letters I have sent that publication concerning the petticoat control I have established over my husband/housemaid, who is known as 'Penelope' in his domesticated situation. This is not the weak-willed failure tamely submitting to petticoating that seems to be so common in some magazines. This is a successful, powerful businessmanwho I have ensnared in such a web of petticoat control that, though he would far rather be out at weekends playing golf or at the rugby or cricket club, he spends all his spare time dressed as a housemaid, at the beck and call of myself, my sister, and, most hated of all, my mother.

I won't go on at length about how we arrived at this (for me) wonderful situation, as I'm sure many of your readers will have read my accounts: suffice to say for those who haven't that this is one man who thought it might be fun to play around in women's frillies who had no idea where my games would ultimately lead him. I would also like to say that this is not one of those relationships which seem to figure in correspondence where the man is a despised object of scorn. Far from it. I enjoy the lifestyle his business provides, I enjoy the sex (which is fantastic when I finally release him, after hours of teasing and humiliation), but most of all I enjoy the power of seeing this handsome, attractive man scurrying about waiting on me dressed in a ridiculously feminine servants' uniform.

He has no choice. He lives in terror of the secret of his humiliating frillies being exposed to others. I have enough pictures of him petticoated to fill a library, and the mere threat of any of his business colleagues seeing them keeps him very much in line. As 'Madame' readers will know, I have punished him for some real or imagined misdemeanour by having him serve at a discreet coffee morning for my friends - this makes him tremble, and reminds him very forcibly who is in charge of our marriage.

Another thing that terrifies him, and which I have naughtily started to do, is 'walkies'. Yes, if I am feeling the need to remind him more forcibly than usual of my power over him, I send him out on an errand whilst petticoated. My favourite is to send him out of an evening on the half mile or so walk to the nearest post box to post the latest letter describing his humiliations to Ms Candida at 'Madame' - double mortification for him. To compound his horror at this exposure, I always dress him in a particularly short skirt, so that he will look very conspicuous! He does try to look femme on these occasions, I assure you.

You can see the sort of costume I use for maximum humiliation from the attached photo - and you can imagine that the thought of these being seen by his fellow directors, or his secretary(!) is a very effective form of control.

I enjoyed your link to Carole Jean's 'Petticoat Punishment Art' site. How I agree with her regarding the importance of petticoat discipline stories having a (preferably adult) unwilling victim. Her books sound excellent. I would really like to have the 'Bill's Humiliation in Panties' set - are they available in the U.K., and perhaps you could advise how to obtain them?

Also, I have been reading some of your back issues, and must thank the correspondant who recommends Jackson's of Reading as a source of pinnies. We do not live far away from Reading, so I am going to have some fun next week by taking the unsuspecting
Penelope along there to make some purchases - if it's as good as it sounds I'll really make him squirm! I'll write next month and tell
you all about it!

Congratulations on a great site, what a wonderful way for us ladies to exchange ideas on how we can enjoy our petticoated housemaids even more - I can't wait for the November edition. I'll write again soon.
 Yours in Petticoat Power,

Lesley

I would suggest writing to Carole Jean - I would not know where the book could be obtained.

I must say that I enjoyed the picture of Penelope: what a marvellous pinafore, I doubt if I have ever seen a man so thoroughly pinnied! And no silly 'French maid' outfit either - Penelope is dressed modestly, very prettily, and in a way that will remind him of his shameful housemaids' clothes every minute that he wears them. French maid outfits are impractical, and so brief that they can be quite comfortable for the wearer. Penelope, on the other hand, is very properly petticoated, and he could never be unaware of those clothes for a moment.

I bet he likes them though - in real life, petticoat discipline is actually MORE effective once the victim realises the enthralling magic of petticoats, and if Penelope is in a stressful job during the day, he would find great solace in his pretty slips and knickers, and his big flouncy pinafore - and in his dear wife's command of him once he gets home.
