Pictures from Elli Kasuga 

For the March 2000 issue of 'Petticoat Discipline Monthly' I found a beautiful picture of Elli Kasuga, who is a Japanese male who adores petticoats and the frilliest dresses and undies. I was informed that she had her own web site, and wrote a nice note in the guest book. The site by the way can be found at:
